Meta/WhatsApp/Instagram send messages to n8n. n8n pushes them via webhook to the frontend → Inbox. Replies written in the frontend are sent by webhook back to n8n and delivered via the respective channel. Agent settings and “Workflows” live in the frontend (own API/DB); n8n reads these references to orchestrate logic. Contacts are auto-mapped across channels and isolated per Workspace.
