Procurement is a million-dollar blindspot industry; every day, companies lose massive value because sourcing still runs like it’s 1999. Manual vendor search, slow price comparisons, and poor re-negotiations burn time, money, and opportunity.
AI has barely touched this space and that’s exactly where we come in. PAACO is building the foundation for autonomous procurement. Our current North Star is Vendor Search; making the process of finding and evaluating suppliers instant, intelligent, and finally out of the spreadsheet age.
• Vendor Search: understands any spec (PDF, Excel, or natural language) and finds relevant, verified suppliers.
• Price Comparison: analyzes and compares vendor quotes or product data instantly.
• Automated Outreach (coming soon): drafts and sends RFQs via email, learns from responses.
• Scoring Engine: evaluates vendors based on fit, certifications, lead times, and price-performance.
• Procurement Brain: learns continuously from each project to make sourcing faster, smarter, and more autonomous.
Users upload a spec; text, PDF, or Excel. PAACO reads it, extracts the technical and commercial requirements, and generates a smart sourcing plan.
From there, he autonomously runs vendor searches across verified sources, compares options, and scores suppliers based on fit, certifications, and delivery potential. If needed, he can also benchmark prices or (soon) send RFQs directly via email.
Every interaction makes PAACO smarter; continuously refining his sourcing logic and understanding of what “good” looks like in procurement.
PAACO is built by me; inside ICODOS - as a product born straight out of our own procurement struggles. We’re a small ClimateTech hardware startup where every hour and every supplier matters, so I started building PAACO to fix a pain I was facing first-hand.
I’m not guessing what teams need ; I live the problem daily. That’s why I can move fast, test directly with real RFQs, and iterate based on real data- not assumptions.
PAACO started as an internal painkiller; we first built it to solve our own bottleneck in procurement at ICODOS. Even just internally, it saves hours of manual vendor search and comparison every week, which already creates measurable value.
From there, we realized the pain is universal: other hardware and deep-tech startups face the exact same sourcing inefficiencies. That’s why we’re now testing PAACO externally; first as a B2B SaaS tool, later as an autonomous procurement agent that companies can fully integrate into their operations.
